1. Who we are

OwnersPilot is a trading name of OakTek (Pty) Ltd. See our legal notice for company details.

2. The service

We provide a free AI plan, educational guides, downloadable playbooks and a paid membership with weekly content. All content is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. AI output can be wrong: always review it before you use it, especially in property, financial and health-related contexts. Healthcare practices must not enter patient information into general AI tools.

3. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose terms also apply. Memberships renew monthly or annually until cancelled; cancel any time via the customer portal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day refund on playbooks and on your first membership payment. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. For example, EU/UK consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right (for digital content, it ends once you start the download with your consent), and South African consumers have rights under the CPA and ECT Act.

4. Licence

Playbooks and member content are licensed for use within your own business (Business plan: up to 5 team members). Do not resell or publicly share them.

5. Affiliate links

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
